Lectures on SM and BSM models

Prof. Shaaban Khalil, Director of the Centre for Thoeretical Physics Zewail City for Science and Technology (Egypt) will give a set of 3 letures on SM and BASM models.     A primer of the Standard Model of the Elctroweak Interactions is presented. Emphasis is given to the general aspects of the theory's formulation. The radiative corrections to the Standard Model are presented and its predictions for the electroweak paramters are compared with the precise experimental data obtained. Finally some remarks will include perspectives on the relevance of the Higgs boson, and future prospects in the seraches for New Physics.
