Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Axions

The virtual workshop "Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Axions", organized by Giuseppe Lucente (Bari University & INFN Bari),  Pierluca Carenza (Stockholm University, OKC), Oindrila Ghosh (II. Institute for Theoretical Physics, University Hamburg, DESY), supported by the MITP Youngstars Project will take place on 4-7 October 2022.  The aim of the Workshop is to discuss new ideas on axion physics, exploring the Theoretical Landscape, their role in Astrophysics, their possible detection in Laboratory Experiments and signatures in Cosmic Photon Fluxes.  The Workshop seeks to bridge various aspects and subfields, weaving a community of budding researchers and leading scientists tightly together, establishing and strengthening the connection across career stages.
