The Conference will be held at the Hotel Daniela. We will take care of the Hotel reservation on the basis of the information contained in your registration form. Do not contact the Hotel by yourself.

 

The Hotel is at walking distance from the shore, which can also be reached by taking the shuttle ("train") that goes back and forth through a pine wood.

 

If you have been invited, please read carefully the following information:

We strongly recommend participation for the whole Workshop period, i.e., arrival on Sept. 4 (Saturday) and departure on Sept. 11 (Saturday). Accommodation at Hotel Daniela CANNOT be extended beyond these dates. Rooms will be available to NOW 2010 participants from 4.00 pm (Sept. 4) to 10.00 am (Sept. 11). There is a surcharge for short stay (less than 4 nights), see below. Do not contact the Hotel: we will take care of your reservation, based on your registration information.

HOTEL RATES (Full board, VAT included, beverages included at meals):

Double room:	80 Euro/night/person
Double room for single use:	95 Euro/night
Surcharge for short stay (less than 4 nights):	+10 Euro/night/person

FAMILY REDUCTIONS

3rd bed for children 7 - 10 years:	-50%
3rd bed for adults:	-15%
1 adult + 1 child (2 - 12 years) in double room:	-30% for the child
Children (0-6 years) in the same parents' room:	no charge (*)

(*) Note: Baby crib (~0-2 years): 10 Euro/day
