Flats (with an independent entrance) are located in the old town of Martina Franca (see map).
All flats are provided with shower, a small cook area, heating, minibar, TV color, telephone, air conditioned (when necessary).
Garage (800 m. far from reception) additional fee: 10,000 ITL per day.
Packed breakfast are provided in the flats.
Additional fee for half board: 35,000 per person per day.
10% of discount has to be applied to the following prices (lunch cost excluded) for a stay longer than two nights,
