In the preliminary scientific program not all the talks are confirmed, and therefore some changes are possible. A poster session will take place on Tuesday 19 June from 12.50 through 13.50. All the contributing participants are kindly requested to send the abstract of their contribution. For oral presentation, both overhead projector and computer display on the screen are available. Speakers having an electronic file of their talk are requested to carry it at the Workshop (floppy disk or URL address) or send it by email to the organizers. Speakers using transparencies are requested to provide the organizers with a xerox copy of their talk.
The Workshop Proceedings will be published by AIP. They will include
invited and contributed talks as well as posters. The deadline for
delivering the contributions is 20th July. More information
will be given at the workshop.
The invited speakers will be hosted at Park Hotel San Michele. The addresses of other recommended hotels can be found at this site.
The Workshop fee is 220.000 Itl (113.62 Euro) if paid before May 15th, 2001 (BANK: BANCO DI NAPOLI - FILIALE DI BARI, account n. 25/17599, ABI:01010 CAB:04000, Martina Franca Workshop on QCD) and 330.000 Itl (170.43 Euro) if paid after May 15th, 2001. The fee (330.000 italian lire) can also be paid (CASH ONLY) at the Workshop. The fee includes proceedings, tickets for coffee breaks and lunches, and social events (excursion and social dinner).
All the participants are kindly requested to inform the organizers about their schedule to allow transportation to/from the Bari airport or railway station.
